Madison 303
Established in 1945
The master bedroom balcony, which is above the basement walk-out, is completed. It was made so you can stand under it and not get wet when it rains.
The back deck is completed. There is still a lot of landscaping (dirt) work to be done all around the house. We used cattle panels between the deck railing, this give us a full view from the deck.
The cabinets are in !
Kitchen and island
Microwave and side cabinets
Mudroom, to the right will be the washer and dryer.
Master bedroom, masterbath and guest room. Blue with white trim. That sure is blue!
FLOORING !
They just started on it so only the livingroom is completed. It should be done soon.
Guest bath, the toliet will be installed after the flooring is laid down.
The front door was stained and hardware installed.
You'll notice that some of the outside siding hasn't been installed yet, the carpenter is working on the inside mainly so we can move in quicker. He can complete the siding after we move in. He installed what siding was needed so the landscaper can do the dirt work and he won't distrube it while installing the siding. Our last BIG obstacle is landscaping. Before we can bury the propane line from the tank to the house we have to remove, transfer and haul in a lot of dirt. If we bury it before hand we run a strong risk of digging up the line in the process.
Keep us on your prayers and hopefully we'll be having an open house party soon!
